Delivery Time

Return Policy

If a return or exchange is approved for reasons other than a product defect, damage, or shipping error, all return shipping, courier, and handling charges will be borne by the customer.

If the return is approved because EAZOY shipped the wrong, damaged, or defective product, EAZOY will bear the return shipping charges.

Product Condition

Products eligible for inspection must:

• Be unused and unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or signs of wear.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if a replacement cannot be provided.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
